Niki Stathaki

Surgeon Dentist

Dr. Niki Stathaki was born and raised in Chania, Crete.

She is a graduate of the School of Dentistry of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. During her studies she worked as a trainee in different dental units.

She established Niki Dental Clinic in Kolymbari, in the municipality of Platanias, Chania in 2000.

Niki is a regular member of the Chania Dental Association, constantly attending special seminars, workshops and dental conferences, in order to be familiar and educated on the latest developments in dentistry.

Christer Peter Tangas

Surgeon Dentist

Graduated in 1993 from KaKarolinska Institutet of Stockholm, Sweden. Worked in a private clinic and hospital from 1993-1997. Worked in public dentistry in 1997, and then in his own private clinic from 1998 to 2023. He was also working as a dentist for sport teams such as handball and ice hockey from 1998-2018.

Worked in emergency clinic from 2020-2023 as a surgeon, and endodontist and with patients with odontophobia.

Speaks Greek, Scandinavian languages (Norwegian, Swedish,

Danish), English and some German.

Maria Mpampiolaki

Orthodontist

Η ορθοδοντικός Μαρία Μπαμπιολάκη, γεννημένη στα Χανιά, αποφοίτησε το 2019 από την Οδοντιατρικη Σχολή του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης (Α.Π.Θ.) με βαθμό «Λίαν Καλώς». Αμέσως μετά, ολοκλήρωσε το μεταπτυχιακό της στις «Μεταβολικές Παθήσεις των Οστών» στην Ιατρική Σχολή Αθηνών του ΕΚΠΑ, ενώ παράλληλα εργαζόταν ως γενική οδοντίατρος σε ιδιωτικά ιατρεία και εθελοντικά στο Οδοντιατρείο Φρουράς του 401 Γενικού Στρατιωτικού Νοσοκομείου Αθηνών (401 ΓΣΝΑ).

Ολοκλήρωσε το τρεισήμιση ετών μεταπτυχιακό πρόγραμμα στην Ορθοδοντική στο Tel Aviv University στο Ισραήλ, δουλεύοντας δίπλα σε πρωτοπόρους και διακεκριμένους καθηγητές της ορθοδοντικής επιστήμης. Στο διάστημα αυτό, ήταν υπεύθυνη για την ορθοδοντική θεραπεία παιδιών, εφήβων και ενηλίκων, εκπαιδευόμενη σε σύγχρονες τεχνικές όπως οι διαφανείς νάρθηκες Invisalign και Spark, η γλωσσική ορθοδοντική Incognito, και η εφαρμογή mini implants στην ορθοδοντική θεραπεία.

Κατέχει δημοσιεύσεις σε ελληνικά και διεθνή περιοδικά, παρουσιάσεις σε συνέδρια καθώς και τιμητική διάκριση για την καλύτερη παρουσίαση Poster. Συμμετέχει ενεργά σε επιστημονικά συνέδρια, ημερίδες και webinars, παραμένοντας ενημερωμένη στις τελευταίες εξελίξεις της ορθοδοντικής.

Our clinic

Our clinic is a modern unit providing comprehensive and specialized dental care, providing the full range of dental treatments, from the simplest to the most complex. Our philosophy is that every treatment option must be based on each person's real needs.

Because dental pain as well as dental emergencies are unexpected, we are here for any dental emergency you may have.

At the end of the treatment, we provide the patient with a complete electronic file, which can be examined by the dentist each individual patient is visiting in his/her own country, both for therapeutic progress monitoring and for possible medical insurance need.

We are centrally located and we can easily be reached from Balos, Falassarna, Elafonisi, Kolymbari, Afrata, Ravdoucha, Agia Marina, Platanias and Chania.
